2020 What a Year...

The SwiftPOS family would like to wish all our customers, resellers, and all stakeholders a
very Merry Christmas but most of all, a safe and prosperous New Year.

2020 what a year! I think we can all agree that the challenges faced this year have been enormous. From extreme uncertainty to isolation to adaptation to resilience and resolve, SwiftPOS would especially like to thank all our customers for sticking by us and the continued trust they have placed in the SwiftPOS brand and product. 

We all Face Unprecedented Uncertainty

This year has challenged us to expand our product and divert our priorities to deliver solutions and support to an ever-changing market and the demands that the COVID-Normal demands from all of us. We are proud to have delivered an enhanced SwiftPOS Webstore and improved integrations with our 3rd party partners to deliver COVID-Safe solutions for all our customers.

We would also like to thank all our licenced Resellers who service 4,000+ venues globally, providing around the clock direct support and customer care. They have continued to provide quality service in a time of great uncertainty, and that reflects in the customers that have and continued to stick with the SwiftPOS product. We would also like to say welcome to all new SwiftPOS Customers that have joined over the last year.

2021 brings in new optimism and a new challenge for SwiftPOS. In the new year we will be releasing Version 10 of SwiftPOS, with a focus on better customer usability, simplified SwiftPOS Touch features, seamless integration enhancements with our leading 3rd party providers and a improved designed Webstore for easier online ordering for all venue types.

We look forward to working closely with all our stakeholders in the New Year to deliver even better solutions, features, and support to all our Customers.
