The Member Experience with OrderAway
OrderAway offers members the ability to sign-in and receive the benefits of member pricing and loyalty points reward features. All member points and ‘points, pay and earn’ is directly synced with Swiftpos Back Office.
To keep your members engaged, make sure you have the following features enabled for OrderAway:
1. Member Sign-In
Giving your members a choice when it comes to payment is crucial. Enabling points spend, account charges or using cash accounts (e-purse), will provide your members with a sense of personalisation and flexibility in their payment options. This can drive them to increase their spending pattern with less reliance on direct cash and credit card payments.
To enable this setting:
- Go to the OrderAway Portal in Back Office
- Select the correct OrderAway location
Under OrderAway:
- Select Payment
- Enable “Points Pay”
- Enable “Swiftpos Account Payment Processing”
Bring OrderAway to your members. Setting up OrderAway locations in crucial areas in your venue will not only make it easier for your members to order, but will also encourage more spend per visit. Enabling OrderAway in locations such as Gaming Lounges will make it easy for members to earn and spend their gaming points straight away.
Furthermore, enabling “Order Again” will allow members to easily order their drink of choice without navigating the OrderAway menu time and time again.
