We finally went live with SwiftPOS after some unfortunate delays with state covid restrictions. When it came down to the final deicison, we went deep under the covers, and it was clear the overall SwiftPOS solution was far superior in its underlying core architecture, functionality and robustness. Our previous POS system was built for the US market and spilt into a few pieces – inventory, POS and ancillaries like membership, loyalty, and GL integration. SwiftPOS has allowed ICC Sydney to innovate and evolve rapidly by adding functionality such as QR code and web ordering to our retail service offerings. The SwiftPOS system has shown itself to be more stable and user friendly than the previous point of sale software with a noticeable reduction in support calls during events.
